Professor Chikhotkin Viktor Fedorovich took participate in the third China (Shanghai) Overseas High-Tech Talents & Promotion Fair on November 28, 2013. This fair was held by Municipal Committee and Government of Shanghai city and played an important role in discussing technical development, industry transition, innovations in science&technology, and in giving tips on establishing business. Multiple persons were present at this fair, including specialists at home and abroad, overseas returnees and representatives of organizations domestically and abroad. Other important persons at this meeting close to Lake Taihu are Huang Lixin (the municipal party secretary of Wushi City and Jiangsu province), the secretary of China’s association of science and technology, and the officers from different cities and counties.
